Sati's fascination with great coffee began in 1926.
A small roasting operation opened its doors to the community of Strasbourg, France. Shop owners and
café managers came to buy bags of freshly roasted coffee. People were drawn to the shop by the delicious coffee aromas and won over by the exquisite taste. Our reputation for gourmet coffee quickly spread
throughout the region.
Today, even as we produce over 20 million packages of coffee each year, we remain loyal to our principles of consistent quality, rigorous coffee bean selection and the respected art of deep-roasting. We are diligent in acquiring the best coffee beans in the world, particularly the finest Arabica beans. We continue to use the slow, deep-roasting method, the only one capable of providing a consistently great cup of coffee.
